Furwa Mould Factory is located in Daliang Shunde District Foshan City,which is the heartl and of hous-ehold electrical appliances in the Pearl River Delta. Founded in 1996 ,the factory was reformed from Furwa Mould Steel Materi-als Co.,Ltd. Its exclusive products include diversified mould steel materials and die holders. We so persistently maintain to produce refined products and to pursue the perfect that a fine reputati on has been gradually built in the Pearl River Delta. Meanwhile, the factory is developing toward the diversification. 

In 1997 and 2001 ,we respectively set up Furwa plastic mould factory in Panyu and Furwa Hardware Mould factory in Shunde, and in 2003 ,we respectively set up Furwa metal factory in Shunde.  Currently,there are nearly 100 employees, among who are 10 professional project designers, 5programmers and more than 70 die technicians. The factory is divided into technical project department, manufac-truing department, stock department, finan-cial department and other relevant departm-ents. We utilize CAD, CAM PROE and other software and run by the LAN and Internet ,integrating design and processing.Now the factory introduced 10 advanced die-making equipment from Taiwanese suppliers, such as Yongjian, Dali and Xufeng. Our famous customers include Kelon, Mediea,Dongyang, Yinhua.
  
The factory mainly designs and manufactures plate work moulds of air conditioner, pumping soot machine,microwave oven ,electric cooker and automobile accessory,Also it is good at some highprecise moulds,such as telephone machines, mobiles, USBs,MP3 Players,table lamps,hi-fi products ,dish washers,air conditioners ,refrigerat-ors and electrical fans. It is furnished withover 20 injection-molding machines of Japan Dongyang a-nd Chuankou. In resent years,wehavecontacted so mewell-known enterprises to manufacturing dies, acquiring their trust and concerns. Our products are exported to Taiwan, Japan and countries in Southeast Asia and Europe .
